Convenient Access from Northline
Step off the Red Line at Leander Station, climb into your car, and in about 9 minutes you can be at Radix Dentistry on E Crystal Falls Pkwy in east Leander. We are a locally owned, family-owned office that treats patients of every age. For commuters, college students and new apartment residents who want a dentist near Northline, the trip is short and needs no toll road.
From the station's park and ride, exit onto Metro Drive and turn onto US 183 heading south. After roughly 0.7 mile, turn left on East South Street, which carries the RM 2243 designation as it runs east. At the 183A corridor, follow the free frontage road south for close to a mile and a half. Turn left onto E Crystal Falls Pkwy and drive about 1.2 miles east to the office.
That adds up to 4.6 miles. Rush hour on US 183 can stretch the drive a bit, so leave a few spare minutes on weekday evenings. We are at 10960 E Crystal Falls Pkwy Bldg 1, Suite 150, Leander, TX 78641, and you can save our location on Google Maps to your phone before your next train ride home.
The historic blocks just south of the station have their own page for Old Town Leander, and the single-family streets to the north are covered on our Bryson page.
Fitting Dental Care into Northline's Commuter Rhythm
Northline is a 116-acre mixed-use district built in partnership with the City of Leander around the city's transit-oriented core. Its name comes from its spot at the northernmost end of the MetroRail line. It sits where US 183 and 183A meet, at 183A and San Gabriel Parkway, with Horizon Lake about a mile to the southeast.
The district is still young. City approvals came in 2018, site work began in 2020, and the first residential buildings opened in 2022. By mid-2024 Northline held 343 apartment units and 25 townhomes, with condos also planned. Full buildout is expected to take 10 to 15 years.
Public spaces are taking shape alongside the homes. Northline Circle Civic Space holds the district's first public art installation, a piece called Cascade by Agustina Rodriguez. Plans call for a town square, parks and civic spaces with water features, playscapes and trails. Like the rest of Leander, the district lies in Williamson County.
People living here tend to run on a train schedule. CapMetro's Red Line links 10 stations between downtown Austin and Leander, and Leander Station has served as its northern terminus since March 22, 2010. A dental office near the end of that line means you can handle a cleaning without burning a vacation day in the city.
Our hours help with that. Wednesday and Friday doors open at 8 AM, so an early visit can come before a later commute. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday we stay open until 6 PM for anyone heading home from Austin or Cedar Park.
Dental Questions We Hear from Northline Renters and Students
Austin Community College's San Gabriel Campus sits next to the station and opened in 2018 with room for about 2,500 students. With a college campus and hundreds of new apartments side by side, Northline draws many students and young professionals. For a lot of them, Radix is the first dentist they have chosen on their own.
A common situation is a gap in care. Someone ages off a parent's plan, starts a new job, or simply lets checkups slide during a move. Plaque hardens into tartar in the meantime, and small cavities grow quietly. A thorough cleaning and exam resets the clock and shows exactly where things stand.
Appearance matters too, especially for people heading into interviews or client meetings. Coffee, tea and late study nights leave their mark on enamel. Professional Opalescence and Go teeth whitening is one way to lift those stains under a dentist's eye.
Stress shows up in the mouth as well. Clenching and grinding through exam weeks or long workdays can leave the jaw sore and the enamel worn. Dr. Habeeb looks for those early signs of wear at routine visits and talks through ways to protect your teeth before damage builds.
Plenty of adults also wish they had finished orthodontic treatment as kids. Removable clear aligners straighten teeth without brackets, which suits people who spend their days in classrooms, offices or on video calls. The free Spark Clear Aligner Consultation is a no-cost way to see if aligners fit your case.
What a Dentist Near Northline Can Do for You
Cosmetic Dentistry
Whitening and veneers suit young professionals living near the rail station. Digital smile design creates a mock-up so you can see the result before treatment begins.
Orthodontics
Spark clear aligners fit around a class schedule or a train commute. In-house orthodontic financing keeps monthly payments manageable on a first-job budget.
Emergency Dental Care
A cracked tooth or a throbbing ache will not wait for your next day off. Walk-in availability and same-day support for many dental concerns mean help is often close by.
General Dentistry
New-patient visits start with the $99 Cleaning, Exam & X-Ray. It is a sensible first step for anyone who just moved into a Northline apartment or townhome.
Endodontics
Deep decay that reaches the nerve often calls for root canal treatment. Keeping your natural tooth avoids the larger job of replacing it, which matters to renters watching expenses.
When a toothache points toward a root canal, CBCT 3D imaging shows root position, nerves and the surrounding bone before treatment starts. That extra detail helps Dr. Habeeb judge whether the tooth can be saved. It also lets you see the problem for yourself on screen instead of taking it on faith.
Meet Your Leander Dentist
Aesthetic dentistry and clear aligner therapy are both part of the continuing education behind Dr. Ebad Habeeb, DMD, which suits a neighborhood full of young adults. Earlier in his career he worked at a community clinic that gave free dental care to refugees and underserved families. He owns Radix Dentistry and is the dentist you will see at each visit.
Insurance & Financing
We accept most dental insurance plans, including Delta Dental and UnitedHealthcare. Students and freelancers without coverage often choose the In-Office Discount Plan, which saves upwards of 30–50% with no yearly maximums or waiting periods. CareCredit is also available for bigger treatment plans.

What Our Patients Are Saying
Frequently Asked Questions
How far is Radix Dentistry from Northline, and how do I get there?
The office is 4.6 miles from Leander Station, roughly 9 minutes by car. Drive south on US 183, turn east on East South Street (RM 2243), take the 183A frontage road south, then head east on E Crystal Falls Pkwy. Rail riders who want a dentist near Northline can make the trip without touching a toll lane.
Can I fit a cleaning around a Red Line commute from Leander Station?
Yes, several time slots suit rail commuters. We open at 8 AM on Wednesday and Friday, which works before a late-morning train. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday the office is open until 6 PM, so a visit can follow your ride back to the park and ride.
Do you see ACC San Gabriel Campus students who have no dental insurance?
Yes, and many uninsured students use our In-Office Discount Plan. It cuts treatment costs by upwards of 30–50%, with no deductibles, claim forms or waiting periods. New patients can also start with the $99 Cleaning, Exam & X-Ray, a predictable price for a first visit between classes at the campus beside the station.
Where should I go for a toothache that flares up on a weeknight after work?
Call Radix as soon as you can on the next weekday morning, or that same afternoon if we are still open. The office offers walk-in availability and same-day support for many dental concerns. Until you are seen, rinse with warm salt water and avoid chewing on the sore side.
Can an adult renting in Northline straighten teeth without metal braces?
Often, yes. Spark clear aligners are removable trays that move teeth gradually, and they work for many mild to moderate cases. A free Spark Clear Aligner Consultation tells you whether your bite qualifies. In-house orthodontic financing helps spread the cost, which makes sense for anyone still settling into a new lease.
